Key Working Components:

Feed Hopper: Accepts the slurry or wet material to be processed.
Screw Shaft (Auger): Rotates at a low RPM to minimize shear and power consumption while gradually building pressure.

Feeding: The slurry (e.g., sludge, pulp, biomass, or organic waste) is fed into the inlet of the screw press.
Conveying & Compression: The rotating screw conveys the material forward while gradually compressing it.
